1.1 The data controller is K&J Media s.r.o., with its registered office at Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague, ID: 14086751 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").

2. SCOPE AND PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

2.1 The Controller processes the following personal data:

• First and Last Name
• Email Address
• Payment details (not stored but processed by external payment gateways)
• Other details provided during the order (e.g., description of the person for creating the song)

2.2 Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Contract fulfillment (e.g., delivery of the ordered service)
• Communication with the Customer (responding to inquiries, support)
• Payment processing through secure payment gateways Stripe and GoPay
• Sending commercial communications (if the Customer has given consent)
• Traffic analysis and ad personalization (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads)

3. PAYMENT DATA PROCESSING

3.1 Payment details (card number, CVV code, expiration) are not stored or processed by the Controller but are securely handled by third parties:

• Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Stripe), based in Ireland – Stripe Terms
• GoPay s.r.o. (GoPay), based in the Czech Republic – GoPay Terms

3.2 These payment gateways comply with international security standards for processing payment data, specifically the PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

3.3 The Controller only receives information about the success of the payment, not the customer's actual payment details.

4. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

4.1 The Customer has the right to:

• Request access to personal data and obtain a copy of it
• Request correction or deletion of personal data
• Restrict personal data processing
• Object to processing (e.g., for marketing emails)
• Lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection: (www.uoou.cz)

5. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

5.1 Personal data is retained:

• For as long as necessary to fulfill the contract
• For up to 5 years for marketing purposes (or until consent is withdrawn)
• If cookies are used, according to browser settings

6.1 The Controller implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access and misuse.
